Would you?

I already have a kid with a guy, and we were still sleeping together even after we broke up🙁 I heart broken because last month I found out I was pregnant and told him and he told me have an abortion. I said no because I don't believe in it... I was on the pill but clearly it didn't work... I explained this to him and he still thinks I set him up... which is something I'd never do. Well now he has a gf and today I found out she was expecting as well...😞 I don't know what to do... even though I don't believe in abortion I keep think that maybe that would be the best option in this scenario. I do need some opinions please. (Oh and he does have a 3 year old with another woman, and my son was born 9 months ago) And I have tough skin so be honest.
