Real deal?

Today I am 5days past a 5 day transfer of 2 top graded blastocysts that were both hatching. I triggered 12 days ago. Today I woke up wretching. I thought that it's probably too early to test... But what the heck? This is my result. I'm hopeful that that's a pretty strong line. I've tested out the trigger before and always had a squinter around 9 or 10 days but never a strong positive at 12 days. Do you think I have reason to be hopeful?
