What's your sleep like?
My sleeping pattern is absolutely ridiculous. I just cannot stay asleep for longer than half an hour. I'm so tired during the day and if I nap then I have even worse sleeps during the night. It's like I have copious power naps during the night and by morning I'm so restless it's almost as bad as RLS. I'm just a light sleeper and just can't seem to stay asleep. It's rarely because of my baby but sometimes I'm stuck in one position so it doesn't hurt. Does anyone have any tips on how to have a decent sleep. I know that sounds silly but I'm just fed up with being tired for what feels like no reason. Here is an example of my sleep the past two night.
