Technician right or wrong?

I had an ultrasound yesterday yo find out the gender of my baby and the technician looked at the private parts for a while and said she's not sure if it's a boy or not but we're going to say it's a boy. I was 18 weeks and 4 days when the ultrasound was done and this is what she said was a boy. I'm getting a 3d done in a couple of weeks to be sure but I'm just curious to know who else thinks it's a boy or girl.
