After I have my baby I want to get back on the pill. Will that affect me in any way?

They will prescribe you the mini pill. It's a progestin only birth control. So you have to take it exactly the same time everyday.

When I had my first they said my only option was the mini pill but and I took it but you still have to use condoms and it can make you dry down there. Pretty much all I felt it did was tell me when my period was coming.

I was told there were two methods I could use that wouldn't dry up my milk. 
I could take the mini pill (progesterone only pill) they said it can make your period longer and more painful. 
The other option was an IUD.
