Pregnancy & Dieting

Okay so, before I got pregnant, I was in the middle of losing a lot of weight. I had lost 60 pounds and was getting very close to where I wanted to be. So I'm wondering if anyone knows of any safe ways to continue losing weight while pregnant and the baby still gets what she needs? I'm still overweight, 200 pounds with the pregnancy gain so far. And hitting that 200 mark again is really depressing me. TIA.
