He's 6 weeks and 3 days old.... Could he be teething?

Looks like it! Babies can be born with teeth, so it's not too early. That said, usually it's the bottom front 2 teeth that cut first, so it's a little odd that it's his eye teeth.

My first started teething about 6 weeks but didn't cut her first tooth until 5 months. She's always had an awful time with teeth though as almost everyone she's had to cut twice.

My little one is teething at 2 months I confirmed it with the dr. So it's not that early 
My dr also said I won't see any teeth till 5-6 months though.
