This isn't my normal period..

I'm just so confused honestly. Usually I bleed really heavy. That if I wear a pad I have to double them, and change them every 1hr- 1.5hr. If I wear tampons I have to change them within 2 hours. And on top of it I have a LOT of clots, and have really bad cramps but I don't have any of that with this. I had gotten a faint poaitive the other day then the,next day I started spotting. It's been 3 days and I'm still spotting. Its a mix of heavy spotting to very light spotting. Its not enough for me to consider actually bleeding (though it is). The first day it started as red and now its a light pink- light red. My so is in the field this week, so I have no vehicle to set up a Drs appointment, and I'm at a loss.
