Progesterone levels 7 days after IUI

So my husband I went in for our IUI procedure last Tuesday. He had over 3 million at the time of his SA and after washing close to 500,000 which I know isn't optimum. He had a vasectomy reversal so we are assuming there's a blockage somewhere. His urologist suggested trying a few rounds of IUI since his numbers were somewhat there. I went in for blood work yesterday to check my levels of progesterone and they were 9.8, the nurse said it's unlikely I'd be pregnant and they'd look into increasing my femara med to 5 mg. Has anyone had experience with this type of action plan? Anyone become pregnant 7 days after Iui with a progesterone level less than 10? My nurse said they'd prefer to see levels above 12. We did femara with a pregnayl trigger shot and IUI. Any advice is gladly welcomed!
