MIL says I've spoiled my 3 week old baby...

So my baby is 3 weeks old today, and she likes to sleep on my chest, well anyone's really. She will sleep if you put her down she's just more restless that way but will still sleep. If I'm not doing anything I'll just hold her because I want to, and she's just a snuggly baby. But my MIL says I've spoiled her to much already. I'm sorry I'm alittle attached but I can put her down if I have stuff to do but if I don't I want to hold her because she's growing so much already 😩. I don't go and pick her up the second she starts fussing either because sometimes she'll go back to sleep. I didn't think it was possible to spoil a 3 week old.
