We tried solids today!

And Olivia was so much happier for it. I know, I know, she's still young (born 1/23 so 16 weeks but not "technically" 4 months)

I planned on waiting until at least the end of the month bc we have two big weekends away and her 4 month appt coming up but she was SO miserable today. She's definitely going through a growth spurt and my milk just wasn't cutting it for her today.

I didn't expect her to take to it so well but she did AWESOME. Even started opening her mouth when the spoon was coming. It was the first time she was happy all day!

She's had great head control for over a month now and been showing interest in food for a couple of weeks. I've done my research so no need for judgement please. Not planning on making it a regular thing until we talk to the doctor next week. I'm hoping it'll help her gain a little more weight, she's only in the 12th percentile 😕
