4 month old bedtime?

Just curious as to when everyone's 4 month old goes to bed. Mine use to go to bed at 9 pm with last cat nap happening around 7pm. Now I'm thinking she wants to be in bed by 7pm so we're trying that tonight.

Around 10:30-11 but she sleeps until 10 am the next day but I'm trying super hard to get it earlier, but she naps pretty well during the day.

Usually somewhere between 7:30-8:30- if he naps after 5 it's usually closer to 8:30, but if he's been up for closer to 3 hours then closer to 7:30. If we go any earlier he seems to treat it as a nap and if it gets past 9 it is very hard to get him to sleep now. I try not to start our bedtime routine any later than 7:30 because he gets super fussy when he's overtired. I work from home so I just base his nap schedule on whenever he wakes up and try to put him down around 2 hours after he wakes up each time so that varies from day to day depending on the length of naps or if he's up in the middle of the night. Around 2.5 months was when we got a routine but we have moved progressively earlier as well- I used to start at 8:30 and up until 2 months he didn't even have a 4-5 hour stretch of sleep until after 11.
