Do your babies toss and turn?

Question

Olive sleeps pretty well at night most of the time, but she tosses and turns in her sleep (I feel so bad 😭)!
Is there anything I can do to help her stay relaxed at bed time?
She is swaddled still on her arms to at least help with the startle reflex.

My daughter moves all over her pack n play while she sleeps. She doesn't wake up but every time I check on her she's in a different spot.

Same here. We just purchased the Merlin Sleep Suit per other's recommendations, and we are only on night 2 but it seems to help!

My son does this after his first stretch of sleep. He usually wakes up and I have to nurse him to get him back to sleep. He usually does this for the rest of the night too..😩

It's very normal. Babies are restless sleepers which is why sleep sacks and swaddling were invented I believe. So don't fret!

If he's waking up, he'll turn his head back and forth real fast and lift his legs straight up and slam them down real hard to wake us all up. My husband calls it "beating the war drums." 98% of the time, I can put his binky in his mouth and he'll pass right back out.
