Ovarian Cysts

I was just discharged from the hospital. I went in for lower abdominal pain. The doctor had the ultrasound tech do a vaginal and regular ultrasound on me in which they found 2 small cysts (1 on each side)... does this hurt my chances on conceiving? According to glow I ovulated last week. Do you think the "cysts" they saw could just be the sacs that carried the eggs before being released? She seemed to not know much when I asked her these questions she didn't wanna say much. All she said was "u have 2 smal cysts 1 on each side see your primary physician/ob gyn."
