Lost our angel baby last August 😢

We had a D&C at 8 weeks last August. It was devastating as it was our first pregnancy. We had a miscarriage this past March. The top test was the start to my bfp last August. And the bottom test was yesterday with smu. Any hope for us this month? Do you see anything on the bottom test? Thank you
