My daughter has the exact same thing! My pediatrician said it's normal and will clear up.

Hey Hun my son has the exact same but on both sides of his neck and ears...I think my boy has heat rash but that's just me guessing. I've put some sudocrem on him so let's see if it goes away.

My baby has it too! I've been putting aquaphor baby eczema cream on it and it's helped to clear it up

We have it on the head and back and a little on the chest .. I've been told to just leave it be and I've been using cetafil baby body wash and shampoo and it takes the red angryness away :)
