It's been exactly 5 weeks since my beautiful son passed away, He was born at only 28 weeks into my pregnancy but died just a short hour after birth as his lungs weren't fully developed due to a diagnosis of PProm very early in pregnancy. I miss him so much and am struggling to move on. Feel so heartbroken that I won't be able to watch my little boy grow up and be the mummy that I've always wanted to be.
