projectile vomit 1 month help

My 1 month old rarely spits up, and twice in her bassinet she just projectile vomited. I was asleep when the first one happened and woke up to the sound of it and cleaned her up and held her then she seemed okay so I put her back down and then 10 or so minutes passed and I headed gagging and I saw her gagging so I turned her to her side and she spit up again. She has a cold, stuffed/runny nose and now a cough. Her temp has been pretty steady 98-99 degrees (doc always said to call at 100.4) but this has me worried..
