Anyone with a 4 week old? Routine?

Liam is now 4 weeks and 3 days old. I'm wondering what other parents schedules look like. (I know, not much of a routine yet, but I'm curious.) In the hospital (he was there 17days after birth) he ate Every 3 hours like clockwork. At home now he is eating every 2-3hrs. He doesn't have his days and nights mixed up, (yet! Lol) but I'm wondering why he's waking so often. How often does your LO wake, day and night? Also, he eats between 3-4oz a bottle. Formula. He also wants to stay awake more in the day time, after each bottle. So we're getting in playtime now!
