How do you handle being a disabled mother?

I'm not planning to have kids and am on birth control, but I have a disability and if I did get pregnant - what's it like being disabled and mothering? What challenges do you face? What are the upsides? Also do you get hired help for example a Nanny? Did you try to conceive or was it an accident? Did you decide to keep your baby or abort or give it up for adoption? What were your reasons? Please share your stories. :)
