Weight for your 1 month old? Too big too fast??

Liam was 6# 5oz at birth. (Born on Easter 4/16)

Went down to 5# 12oz tho. But was was back to birth weight fast. And now.... We're at 8# 12oz and only 4weeks and 4 days old! He seems to be gaining fast! But nurses say "no, it's not too fast."

He's just growing like a weed! How much does your one month old weigh? Have they gained a lot since birth? He's still in NB... But can wear some 0-3 already! So a 3 pound gain from lowest weight and a 2+ lb gain from original birth weight! (He likes making the funniest facial expressions!! Lol)

*just born, 2 weeks, and 1 month* getting so big so fast! (Seems to me anyhow!) Growing right before our eyes!
