Is it bad for the baby for me to smoke marijuana while I'm breastfeeding?

Absolutely! You shouldn't be drinking alcohol, smoking, or doing any drugs of any kind while breast feeding. Even Tylenol or Advil or any pills can effect your breast milk. Even what you eat can effect it.

Is it worth it to take a chance?

I have a friend who did and her son is completly healthy and he's fine. Personally I wouldn't,  I would be to scared to even try some.

There's no proof it does. There's no proof it doesn't. I believe cigarette smoke and alcohol is worse than marijuana but it's  not up to the rest of us. Research. Ask your doc if you trust them.
