going vegan?

So I have been wanting to go vegan for the longest time and I'm finally doing it! Today marks day 4 😂 although it's not very long, it feels good so far. However I run into problems when it comes to finding things to cook. For the past couple of days I've been making rice and beans, and eating fruits and veggies. I also balled out at my local health food store and got myself some vegan cheese and icecream. Do any of you guys have tips for fun things to cook? And what to do when going out to eat?
