Is this labour??

Im 39w6d and had a few contractions last night. Now about two hours ago they came back and ive timed them, averaging 5.5-7 minute intervals, lasting about 45s-1min10s and its been two hours like this. I just went pee again and noticed pinkish blood on my liner.... Do i go in?? Or wait?? Ahhhh so exciting but nervous!!!

I would wait until it gets a bit more intense. It's awesome to labor at home as long as you can. Plus hospitals can be jerks if you don't progress fast enough. It sounds like that baby is coming soon. Congrats! Good luck.

Thanks so much ladies!!! I waited a bit more and then they got down to 2.30 minutes apart and much more painful, plus a lot of
"The show". Went in and of course by the time we got to the hospital it slowed to 6minutss apart again grrr!! Was monitored for a few hours and then sent home to continue progressing where its more comfortable (was only 2cm dialated) ... Now its extremely impossible to sleep but heres hoping things keep moving along!! As a FTM, will i likely be stuck in this "early labour" phase for a while?

I would wait until things become consistent. Some hospitals are jerk about things like that and will send you back home to labor more at home before coming back.

The spotting is probably the beginning of your bloody show. It will become heavier so do not be alarmed. Kind of like when you are on your period and wipe. Know what I mean. I hope you are well.
