heartbroken TMI

Iam currently round 7 weeks pregnant and have started bleeding. I have been to the docs but dont get to find out until the hospital apt on tues. Does this mean im miscarrying i have included a pic but if its tmi im sorry. There is some small mucusy blood too. Has anyone else ever experienced this. Im not having any cramps but never bled with my other pregnancies, really thinking the worst right now.
