So I've been trying for almost 3 years i went with out a period since my last period in late January

So I've been trying for almost 3 years i went with out a period since my last period in late January .i started getting really sick started with my mouth being sore then to nausea but I didn't think I was pregnant because I lost hope but after February past and first week of March so I went to go buy a test And I tested 3 days ago and turns out I'm pregnant !

I don't know how far along I am . But hoping I get into the dr soon !
