Is it possible to get a positive pregnancy test before implantation ?

No. Implantation triggers hcg production and it takes several days to build to detectable levels

No. If the baby hasn't implanted in the uterus there is not hcg hormone released yet. Hcg will start rising about 2-3 days after implantation.
