Did I have early period?

Hey 😊 I'm usually never late, my cycle is 32days it may vary by 2-3 days but pretty regular. Now I'm on cd39 😧 I was sick this month from 1st-4th may i was in hospital and they were giving me antibiotiks (i continued to use antibiotics till 7th may at home) and while I used them I had spotting (never spot mid cycle). They send me to gyn and doc says that I will get early period but no af here. They did ultrasound and said that have pcos (have it for 2years).Temps are up and down (try to temp regulary but have sleep probs these days. Took hpt and negative (once showed faint line but after 4days nothing). Having light cramps and back pain, very much creamy cm. Could it be that the spotting actually was my period?
