I really didn't know 🤷🏾‍♀️😏

I was having stomach pains often but didn't think to much of it for about two weeks. My boyfriend said I should go to dr and I found out I was pregnant. The next week I went to dr and they gave me and ultrasound and said I was 12 weeks pregnant!!!! Has anyone else not know they were pregnant for a while
