Birth control

So I've done my research into IUD and even possibly getting tubes tied. Came to the conclusion that getting tied would be pointless & a waste of money because I'm so young still, IUD I don't know how 100% they are, and definitely don't want depo or implant. Possibly will go back on the pill after birth, but paranoid that it won't be as effective as before.

What are your experiences with going back on birth control postpartum?

Really wanna keep it at one baby and don't wanna go through another pregnancy.
