It's just started in the last few days & it's horrible ! I've tried tums but doesn't do much ... what do you ladies do if you're suffering like I am?! TIA!! 😍🤢

Mine got so bad I finally got on a prescription.  It's super expensive but I'm almost done with my pregnancy and worth every penny. Talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. But Pepcid and tums were my first go-tos. Good luck!

Eating smaller portions helped also laying upright and drinking lots  of water

Sleep a little upright. Mine was so bad I would wake up choking on it! Yuck! Good luck.

My OB said pepcid is ok to take if tums doesn't work! It's a category b drug.
