help!
Hey everyone! I'm 36weeks and 2days, and today my breasts started aching I didn't think anything of it till I took my bra off tonight and there are hard lumps at the top of my breasts. My nipples are also leaking more than usual? Is this my milk? Should I pump? Should I let it be?
