Are pregnancy symptoms basically the same as period symptoms? Other than obviously the lack of a period?

Yup, pregnancy, ovulation and periods all have almost the exact symptoms.

They can be. I found with my 1st pregnancy (ended in early MC) I had low grade persistent cramping that was similar to period pain. This time around I have absolutely no symptoms (only 4wks + 3). I am pretty sure I felt implantation though, a constant sharp pinching in the right place around the right time). Good luck! Xx
