Feeling very sad not ovulating every month and have a slight heart shaped uterus

Britney • Sun, May 21 • I'm a happily married to the love of my life and I'm a 27 year old who is graduating university soon this year and is hoping to start having some beautiful babies soon! We have had one pregnancy and miscarriage at 7 weeks so far hoping for a rainbow baby

Do you think I have a really high risk of miscarriage now? Do I have any chance of getting pregnant? I also have rh- blood I'm so sad plz give me some hope! What will having a heart shaped uterus do to any pregnancies?
