Something wrong with my pregnancy?

I'm 5 weeks and 4 days, I have had really bad cramps, really dizzy, insanely moody ( almost feel bipolar) cramping is mainly on my left side, I've had bad shoulder and arm pain in my right side, I'm insanely bloated and feel really bloated when I barely eat, I have bad pain during sex. Not sure what is and isn't normal

Yes the cramps could just be implantation but as you've also mentioned shoulder pain and pain on one side.... take a trip to your early pregnancy unit at the hospital and have yourself checked out xx

Shoulder tip pain can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy, it's probably best that you see your dr just to be safe. I had killer cramps up to about 5 weeks and they have gone now, they changed sides regularly! The bloat and pain in sex can be completely normal too- especially the bloat! I'm huge with it!
