Please help!😔

I am 7 months pregnant and I'm pretty much miserable at this point😔

My back pain doesn't let me sleep if I sleep on my left side it causes pain on my hips,

My doctor said not to lay on my right side because I was putting too much pressure on my kidney.

I can't lay on my back because it's so uncomfterable for my tummy. I seriously CAN NOT SLEEP.

I stay up all night and if I get any sleep it's about less than 6 hours.

Can someone help me please any tips anything you did to help you get some rest?

I heard it only gets worse the last 2 months I seriously don't see how it can possibly get worse😔😢
