Hello everyone! Can anyone recommend a good vegetarian prenatal? I've been taking Alive chewables with plant based DHA but my doctor told me to switch to a non chewable that has iron. She said it does not matter what brand as long as it has iron and DHA. I went to sprouts and was going to get the Alive non chewable version but the worker there said they were not the best choice. The brand she recommended was on sale for 102$ for a month supply and did not have DHA. Any recommendations would be great!
