grandma to be announcements??!

When are you ladies planning on telling your parents that you're pregnant? My dad passed away last year in July and my boyfriends dad isn't in his life so it's just our moms. His mom is already a grandma but my mom isn't and this is her first grand child so I have to make it super special. And I have no clue how to even announce it. Help??

For my mom I'm currently making one of those bday calendar with all my siblings, in-laws, and niece and nephews' birthdays (&anniversaries) hanging under each month and then color coding it by families. I can't wait to see how long it takes her to find the extra mint green one hanging under January!!!!

My mom is already a grandma, but I haven't seen her since before Mother's Day, I'm going to tell her by giving her a onsie as a gift. I'm going to say "I know you already have a few of these, but I think you might still like this gift."

I'm getting my parents a nice frame and will put my ultrasound photo in it (hopefully will have it by then) and will give it to them Father's Day weekend.  Right now, only my husband and I know.

My mom has been a grandma 9 times already but I told her bc I was testing when she stayed over on mothers day and she cried.  She was so happy.

I'm planning to announce on Father's Day. I should be almost 10 weeks by then and have an ultrasound. Plan to make a box of goodies. This is the first grandchild for both families.
