Is the egg white also protein? Meat & peanut butter make me nauseous.

Yep! But make sure your yolks are hard cooked all the way through. The yolk shouldn't be runny in pregnancy. I can't stand peanut butter anyways and meat turns me off too. I'm 10w1d and I just managed to eat stir fry chicken with rice last night but I think it was because I cut the chicken up small enough that it didn't really have mch texture and I used lots of sauce.
