My husband and I are going to my friends wedding at the end of June. I almost always wear dresses and was thinking of getting a LBD for the wedding. Iam very much into 50-60s billowy skirt fashion and I found 3 dresses I like. Thing is, I would really love to buy these green heels because I don't have many shoes, and haven't been able to wear heels because of my lupus since I'm always attracted to 6" heels. I realized kitten heels are the aesthetic of my usual style and I found these velvet beauties:

And because they're so vibrant I'd go with a LBD like one of these two:
Or something more like what I usually wear with floral because I heard somewhere wearing all black to a wedding is an insult since you wear black to a funeral.

Which do y'all like best?

I don't see anything wrong with a LBD for a wedding, it's a classic look. All those dresses are beautiful. Now if a MIL shows up to a wedding in a black dress and black veil crying and sobbing then obviously that's disrespectful, but black is a common color at weddings especially more formal ones (tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, decorations).

I love all of them, shoe the pics to the bride and ask her what she thinks if she is fine with it go with what you love best (anyways I would still get both shoes and all three dresses just to keep in my closet and wear to other thinhs

I would go with the dress with the flowers very pretty, I wouldn't wear black at a wedding.
