Hope all you girls are having a wonderful day, i seem to see alot of posts about depression and anxiety and well i too have gone through that phase after a miscarriage. I found that running daily at least for 30min-1hr really helped me. I think all my sad/angry thoughts when i'm running i let my body release my stress and anger through my workout and i seriously feel better. Mentally and physically.. i've started eating fruits & veggies vs my usual go-to snack when i'm feeling blue (wings&chips) and strictly drinking only water.. i dont mean to sound like another fitness expert i just found that doing things that are good for my body makes me feel better. You have to love yourself first in order to love anither being. So queens & ladies pamper yourselves! Do a face mask, a little nature walk with your favorite tunes in your ear, dance in front of the mirror singing into your hairbrush!! LOVE YOURSELF💗💜💕✨✨ and maybe like me you'll feel that happiness and that beauty in your soul again. You put good into the world you receive it right back 💋 Enjoy life everyday , hug your children, make your husbands favorite meal , take your parents out to a church and brunch! Anything that will make you love yourself! We all have something to be grateful for! You dont want to look back on life and think i spent most of my time hating my life right?? FUCK YO BABYDADDY that be giving you headaches just focus on the good god gives us and dont pay more mind to what you have no control over.
