Any tips in getting baby to take GERD medicine?

Our pediatrician prescribed Ranitidine (generic Zantac) for our 5 week old's GERD. He HATES the taste and will cry and spit it out when we give it to him. Any suggestions on getting him to take it?

We put bottle in my daughters mouth and snuck the syringe in the corner of her mouth and pushed it in while she was sucking. She only noticed the first couple times then got used to it. It took a little practice but eventually I did it one handed lol

Put it in gas drops..or mix in a little formula and syringe into his mouth along inside of cheek.
