First Trimester cramps?

Is it normal to have cramps that feel like bad period cramps including lower back pain during your first trimester? No spotting or anything just terrible cramps on and off.

I have been experiencing this I finally went to the doctor today and he said everything looks good with the baby. As long as there is no bleeding you are okay your body is just stretching and making room for your baby. I would call your doctor just make sure they might bring you in for an ultrasound just to double check the baby.
