So I've spent the last 3 days in the hospital on monitoring for HBP. It would go between 149-171 even though I was in their bed. I felt fine like I do any other day. Each day they kept asking if I was in pain and I said no. They wouldn't tell me any possible reasons for the high numbers. I was taking pills and hooked on some other meds which burnt when the machine would push it in every few minutes. They monitored my baby twice a day and he was great, moving a lot like he normally does. The only answer I got before they released me was that they want to make sure there isn't any problems with us. I got put on 250mg pills that I have to take 3 times a day and iron pills as well. Wasn't told to change my diet or anything. I'm still confused as to what the problem was/is.
