cramps stopped at 4 weeks + 3 days, is it normal?

Hi ladies, I've been experiencing cramps the last week and some brown discharge. The cramps stopped yesterday and I'm worried the pregnancy stopped developing.. had a missed miscarriage last November. Anyone stopped feeling cramps that early and ended up ok?

I had a lot of cramping in early pregnancy...it would stop and then come back.  It's common for symptoms to ease off then show up again.  Congrats!
