I just can't be excited right now!! :(

I had a miscarriage 8 weeks ago and found out recently I'm pregnant so today I had a scan to find out how far I am, well this morning I wiped and there was blood so I guessed this would be another miscarriage. Went to the scan and there was a heartbeat! I couldn't believe it! But I just don't feel happy right now! The midwife said bleeding happens a lot but im just positive it's going to end in a miscarriage again :(
