What's going on..

Hey so I came off the implant after just over a year and decided to swap to the contraceptive pill (the one with the 7 day gap bleed) for around 2-3 months. i stopped taking the pill on the 3rd of april, had my last period then (whether it was the 7 day break or my actual period i don't know) and haven't had anything for 7 weeks since. Negative pregnancy tests no signs of pregnancy apart from needing a wee a lot and bloating. but i don't feel pregnant, i don't know what to do? Shall i see my doctor? or is it normal for it to take this long for your periods to return to normal because i've seen posts online that it should take at most a few weeks not 7?!
