leaking or just peeing myself?

When I sit down I feel liquid starting to form in my underwear, even after I use the bathroom. And well honestly, with all these hormones and all the water I drink, I can't tell if it's pee?! This sounds so ridiculous, but I can't tell if I'm leaking or just pissing myself slowly. I'm only 28 weeks.

If there's no pee smell it could be leaking.

I had a leak and it would be enough that you have to change your jeans because it leaks through your underwear. It sounds like increased vaginal fluid to me, sometimes when laying or sitting it can accumulate a bit and then come out when you stand or move.

I believe you can have your OB do a swab to see if it's urine or amniotic fluid, just to be safe.  You could also try smelling it.  Pee smells like ammonia and supposedly amniotic fluid has a sweet smell.  If it was me, I'd probably just call the doctor to see if I can go in for a swab for peace of mind.  Good luck!
