has this happened to anyone?

Since I took two pills in one day because I threw up that days pill and took no pill the next day but kept going as normal. Is the effectiveness going to stay low now because I didn't take a pill one day? I'm scared now. I've been taking the pill good for a month and 3 weeks. Has this happened to anyone or ended up pregnant because of missing a pill and months later you end up pregnant ? Like even though I missed one day I'm going to still keep taking it on time everyday and I'm scared that even if I do that I could end uppregnant  because of that pill that I missed .
