questioning

Has anyone missed a pill and still kept taking the pills at the same time everyday and haven't gotten pregnant? That happened to me and I'm scared now because I feel like I could get pregnant now. I took no pill on Friday but still kept going, taking them normally afterwards. This never happened to me before I'm always on time and took it eveyday but that day I threw up so I took Friday's pill as well and then on Friday I took no pill and kept going. God I'm really stressing on this I'm scared
